Refund policy

All Sales Are Final, No Returns, Exchanges Only

We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date, except for items specifically stated as non-exchangeable. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that all shipping costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are not available at this time. A return label will be generated via email. Pay the invoice, print the label, and send.

$15 flat rate exchange fee. No Exchanges on socks or undergarments.

To initiate an exchange, contact us at marketing@alayt.com. We will send you a return label via email. ALAYT cannot be held responsible for any returns lost or damaged during transit. Additionally, please email us your order number and specify the item(s) you would like to exchange it for (keeping in mind the exchange must be for the same item(s), different size or color). Once we receive and review the returned item(s), the exchanged item(s) will be promptly shipped to you.
